I have been a patient of Dr. McNeill's since October 2000, and subsequently of Bayview's since its inception. I have 3 wonderfully healthy boys ages 7yrs, 4 yrs and 2 mos. I have multiple health issues which the practice, in partnership with my other healthcare professionals, managed effortlessly throughout my pregnancies. My mother (an ob/gyn midwife) was present at the high risk birth of my 1st child which was attended by Dr. McNeill, and was so impressed with the level of care which I received she said that she hoped I would continue care with Bayview as my family grew. Lucy delivered my next two children and with each event our respect and love for the practice increased. They have been amazing partners in my obstetric and gynecological care. No question is too silly. No concern too minor. No complaint too frivolous. I have been so impressed that over the years I have referred several expecting friends to them, especially ones that are considered AMA (Advanced Maternal Age). I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a respected practice.
Pros: Balanced staff of 2 physicians, 2 mid-wives and a physicians assistant. The waiting room time, if there is a high delivery count, has improved as the practice has grown.
