Review content:
I very much echo the same sentiments that the last poster uploaded. 6 months after moving in to a property managed by Advantage Arizona R/E the air conditioner in the house went out. It was the original unit (30+ years old) and it took over 18 months for Advantage Arizona to have the unit replaced. Each time that one of their ""servicemen"" showed up, we were repeatedly told that it was somehow our fault. Either we were moving the temperature too low (86 degrees??!?) or we weren't replacing the filters often enough (sometimes every week just to TRY to see if it would work). Even after one of the technicians accidentally let it slip that the AC unit needed to be replaced, it took 6 additional months for the replacement to happen. Then, after we finally hit our limit, the accounting office flat out LIED to the new realty company that we applied with. Thankfully the new company was better mannered and actually heard us out before they approved us. I cannot warn anyone against this company strong enough. Steer Clear! DANGER! DANGER! This company is more interested in keeping your money than they are in following the Landlord Tenant Act.
