Hope that you do not have a billing problem. The billing manager , Misty/Missy, is the nastiest, rudest, most unprofessional clerk I ve ever had the misfortune of having to contact. The billing system is two months behind the service dates and ProRehab s reference numbers are not reflected anywhere on the bills I receive. My latest problem with Misty/Missy/Misery is that she thinks I didn t pay my December bill. I pay my bills electronically through ESL.The December bill, received FEBRUARY 2, was paid on 3/2. It is now 3/15 and Misty/Missy/moron, claims it wasn t paid. How long does it take for the billing manager to credit payments? She had the gall to refuse to speak with me because I was disputing her erroneous assertion that the bill was still due. When I said I was considering changing companies because of billing issues, she told me to go right ahead. Her boss must be so pleased with her performance.
