My husband is over seas and wanted to surprise me with what he was expecting to be a prettiest flowers Ive ever seen with a big teddy bear and a nice big box of chocolates...for $131.98 they def should have been...not the case. I got flowers that were not even what he ordered (he wanted Lilies and we got a mix of a bunch of random stuff) a TINY TINY little teddy bear and a $4 box of chocolates from walmart. my husband was almost in tears when he saw them. the thought behind them still made me grateful of him taking time to send them but the disappoint in is face literally made me want to cry....wow Hilldale Florist! just wow! the shop manager had nothing to say but sorry?! she would upgrade the teddy bear if I came in and got it! ummm if you can upgrade it then why didnt I get the one I was supposed to in the first place! well played, you just ripped of a poor man overseas unable to come in and verify what his order would look like and any other person who TRUSTED you with their money. I am the first person to write a good review when deserved and Im usually not one to complain but seriously people avoid this place at all cost. I promise you I am not lying.
