I have never seen a more educated and professional store owner as Susan Eisen. Besides the uniqueness of the jewelry she carries, the artistic gifts and jewelry I saw there were like anything in New York. I found out she does redesign and repair, appraisals, and trades with gold and I plan to utilize all these services. I am glad I found her.
Pros: I was extremely impressed with Susan Eisen and her store
Cons: I wish she was open at night and on Sundays so I could shop
