I dropped off items with the gallery to be repaired, trade in gold, buy a new gold chain, and ask questions on a number of pieces I have. I was treated with respect and professionalism from Ms. Susan (owner and native El Pasoan) herself. The rest of the staff was well versed in jewelry and also used the same level of respect towards me. *I am not very knowledgable in all things jewelry, but have done some basic research.* I think the prices were average to slightly above average, but reflected well with the inflation of gold and diamonds. Additionally, I'm new to the area and was offered help and advice on surrounding businesses. And I was offered a discount on one of my pieces due to a military affiliation. The turn around time is expected to be very quick and I'm excited to see the finished product. I'm sure this company deserves five stars, but until I have the final product, I am only rating 4 out of 5 stars. I would definitely send my family to this business. Go check them out!
