Review content:
From a medical standpoint Kelsey Seybold is average. Not bad, but nothing special. For a customer service standpoint they are horrible. They sent my account to a collections agency for $15. Yes you read that right, only $15. I payed the $20 they asked me for at the visit, but apparently they realized after I left that they needed $35. I was never contacted about the difference because they had my address wrong in their system. Rather than 1) find another way to contact me, 2) wait until my next visit, or 3) just forget about a measly $15 in light of the $500 they billed the insurance for the visit, they sent my account to collections. Of course I paid the collections agency the $15 to clear my credit. They got their money, but I will never go to them again. They were completely unapologetic. Pros: the location was good for me Cons: clearly Kelsey Seybold is all about the money and not the patient
