I initially contacted them by telephone because I had taken my car elsewhere for a diagnosis on my honda. I found out that I needed to have the transmission rebuilt because of several problems with the transmission. They also do free diagnosis and quoted me a price on what the rebuild would be. After looking around a bit, I did decide to go with them on the rebuild ( they had a great warranty option and the cost was about average ). This establishment actually cares about their community and the people around them. They gave me an additional $50 off my transmission rebuild when I donated a toy for a toy drive they were running to donate toys to children in Charlotte that can't afford them. I felt very good after I left because I had also helped my community and I got my vehicle fixed too. The transmission rebuild took only a few days. The shop is different from any mechanic I have ever dealt with. Everything is clean, inside and out, and the people are just a joy to deal with. I would go back again if I ever need to and I would refer anyone else to go too! The shop was located about 25 minutes away from my home in Waxhaw but it was worth the trip for everything to be done right!!
