I went in to piercey toyota on 09/20/2010 and was blown away by the service i was given. i was promptly greeted by a very nice young man by the name of alan. he asked me how i was doing and explained to me that a service advisor would be right with me. in no time at all a service advisor named brian woods aproched me. he was very nice and curtious. i had a few questoins about my new rav 4. brian was very knowlagable. he went over many of the feautures with me personaly. he explained the service would take about and hour and fortyfive minutes. to my surprise my rav4 was finnished early and even washed! i had a few questions about my extended warranty and brian was quick to help. he explained he was still new , so he asked another advisor for some information. Jodi was very nice and answered all my questions promptly and professionaly. 5 stars all the way!!! will derfinatly recomend this dealership to friends!!
