Well, I am sitting on hold with this office right now. So far it has been 8 mins since they answered and put me on hold. NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF if you are that busy! My past 3 visits with them have included an ""air-headed"" staff, at best and even some very rude and condescending staff. I agree with earlier posts that when they were at their old location, things were MUCH better, the staff was nicer, and the general feeling I got was that were really passionate about caring for and saving the lives of the animals they treated. Now the feeling I get is that they are very passionate about paying for the new building they are in. Their prices have always been amazing...but now I am starting to feel like ""you get what you pay for"" and would rather pay more and not leave in a foul mood every time. \r

Can anyone recommend a new vet near Smyrna that is reasonably priced and TRUE animal care givers?
