When I finally try to request medical records of my child to change to other Ped office, the staff is very uncooperative , unconsiderate .She refuses to tell you how many pages of the record and she charges for every single page if print out. What a pain to work with this kind of person.\r

I am already going through too much trouble with this Practice....\r

After all these, I have to say, why get into so much pain from the beginning to the end.\r
