I wish I had seen these reviews before I brought my cat there to be spayed. She caught feline Parvovirus while there and was dead a week later. They won't return my phone calls to discuss what they did. How disgusting they are!!! How can you dare to say you provide compassionate care??? Anyone who has had a good experience with them better count their blessings and run. Because their hospital isn't cleaned properly, the virus remained alive and my cat came in contact with it while there for surgery. Or worse, they claim to be ""sterile"" during surgery, you have to wonder. Again, these people are heartless. BEWARE if you take your pet there. You might want to check to see if there are any complaints against their licenses with the state or with the BBB. I wish I had.
