I'll start with food. The quiche is fantastic and the cinnamon rolls are even better. I had the capuccino and loved it.\r

The gift ideas are what I liked most. They carry high-quality gifts from Scandanavia and Germany, and also humorous magnets and cards. You can get BALLARD t-shirts and sweatshirts from 6 mos (onesies) to XXL. And of course you can ship things out right there in the store.\r

The staff is one of the most friendly I've encountered.
Pros: Great coffee and food, wonderful staff, excellent gift variety
Cons: Limited parking, some gifts are way overpriced
