Review content:
I requested a quote for a pool fence from three independent companies in Nov. Ironman provided the lowest quote with high quality products. Unfortunately the sales rep. did not keep his appointment for the final measurements and ended up measuring for the fence without me being present. When it came to installation the location of the gate was wrong. The rep. was insistant that I should have the fence where HE thought it should go and ended up hanging up on me when I insisted that it go where I wanted it. When the workmen came to install the fence the house was under construction and the main water turned off because the plumbing was still under repair. The workman turned on the main water line to get water to mix their concrete. This, in turn, flooded the house. When I called the owner to explane what had happened he said ""well, they had to have water to complete the fence"". Basically to bad, so sad. Even though I scheduled a time for the final installation the workman came earlier than scheduled and left before I could arrive and inspect the work. They then charged my credit card for the balance of the payment without authorization - I had wanted to pay be check. The final result - the fence looks pretty good but they could have done a better job with the touch up paint after installation.
