I bought a Bruno Turny seat and a Bruno out rider for my truck from them and every since I had them install they never followed up on calls, didn't listen to my needs, over priced, terrible service all around. They don't ever return calls. Service has to call Bruno on everything they fix because they don't know what they are doing. I took my truck their many times and they said it was fixed and I drove 200 miles to pick it up and it wasnt even fixed right. I would highly recommend United Access or Adaptive Mobility from Quincy, IL over DW auto any day for anything, the difference between dw auto and adaptive mobility is night and day
Pros: Helped get power chair
Cons: Bad customer service, no follow up calls, don't listen to customer needs
