I have an 2008 mercedes, I had another company come out and they wanted to pull my car using big hooks near the tires. I do not know about towing but I felt this was wrong and told them to leave, eveready came out showed me a manual that showed the proper hook up points explained everything they were going to do and then put new white rags in my wheels to stop from scratching them!!! great service call if you care about your car.
