After being burnt by another tax company, I was apprehensive to use another. I felt very comfortable explaining my situation and was given great adviceâ?¦â??get helpâ??. No high pressure sales and no constant calls. It took me 3 weeks to gather the funds necessary to retain your firm, and it was money well spent. I had 6 years of returns to file; I had no idea what I had paid in mortgage interest and no idea what my or my wifeâ??s income was for the years I needed to file. Apparently your firm was able to gather the pertinent information and have my returns ready in a weekâ?¦amazing! I am now in compliance and I was given a refund back from the IRS. You guys made it simple for me to understand. If I run into anyone in need of tax help; I will refer them to the JG Tax Group. Thanks.
