This Marina operations are controlled by a man that is generally motivated by greed and immorality. As a client for many years and knowing many of the clients, it is safe to say that this man will rip you off in any way, shape or form. He will and has many times, used legal loopholes to steal boats away from his clients and then sell them to unknown buyers. Additionally, the marina will run up monthly bills using loopholes in his yearly contracts. \r
Most clients remaining at the marina are reluctantly doing so because of his cheaper prices when compared to other marinas in the area. \r
Trust me and the opinion of others: DO NOT EVER VISIT OR USE THIS MARINA. It is not worth the headache, anxiety or unlawfulness.\r
