Our dinner group looks for the hidden treasures of San Francisco; Tangerine ranks right up there! The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable; good place for friends or a date. The appetizers were all tasty and served at the perfect temp. (the salmon potato cakes were the big winner) and the service was attentive and helpful. Of the six entrees we ordered, each was unique, tasty, and well prepared; fusion often goes too far, but the flavors here were well balanced and complimentary. Decent wine list and soju cocktails. When we got the bill, we were almost shocked at how affordable it was; per couple it was half to a third of what we usually pay at the popular places. Highly recommend.
