He sounded eager to help with my case. Mr. Young made me feel as if I had a strong case, and was interested in helping me improve my medical situation. At first he responded to my previous phone call and as soon as I signed paperwork and sent it in I never heard back from him. It has been a long wait and my case has been on hold is now suffering because of it.
Pros: enthusiastic with greeting made me feel I had a good a case
Cons: Once I sent in paperwork he was never to be heard from again
