My Dyson vaccum broke and Steve's estimate to fix it was $100 less than the competitor's. That was awesome. He fixed it and we picked it up. That same day my husband unloaded it from the car and got distracted. Minutes later he backed over it with my SUV. It was shattered. I had a rough day and that event sent me over the edge. I called Steve crying about my vaccum (mind you I hadn't vaccumed my house in a week at this point and I was losing my mind), he said bring it in. When I got there he said he had never seen anything like it but he'd try. That was all I could ask for. Today my husband picked up that vaccum and it is whole again. Some parts are different colors but it works great. Steve is my hero and he has a fan and customer for life. THANKS STEVE......YOU ROCK!
