I made an appointment to see the daycare for my son who is a 14 month old toddler. The head of the school is an older lady who is very kind and warm and caring. However the disciple style is very much old fashioned- maybe what people used to practice 40-50 years ago. They told me there are ""proper"" ways for babies to behave. They say grace when they sit at the table for food. Burping is a no no (say that to a one year old!) and there are so many ""bad behaviors"" that babies shouldn't do. If you want a shy, well-behaved, and obedient child , this daycare is a suitable place for you. for biting problems, they suggest you bite your kid back every time he does that which I find not acceptable at all to my standards. Maybe there are parents out there that still believe in spanking, so this way of discipline will work for them. But I could never leave my son in such a daycare. The daycare for toddler is located in almost a semi-basement (lower level) of a single house. There are 3 small rooms out of which one is the kitchen and dining area. I'm not sure if it has proper space for children to play. Pros: affordable (cheap), kind and warm staff Cons: heavy disciplining, small space for kids
