I took my dogs to be clipped washed and shaved here they charged me 70.00 to do his which i was fine with until the dogs were picked up they missed places the dogs are VERY choppy and look horrible so i complained so they told me to bring back in next morning at 10.am and they would fix the problems ,which I thought that would be fine...well the next morning im sitting in thier parking lot and guess what ? CLOSED so i call the lady at 1020 am she says my groomer overslept and will be there in an hour ,I have appts i have to be at so I cant wait that long meanwhile other customers show up and they tell me this happens ALOT tried working out a solution over the phone with them got hung up on 3 different times I paid by debit card and I will stop the payment Very Unprofessinal place including the customer service,Steer clear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
