When i finally decided to purchase a flat panel unit for my home my first thought was where to look. Usually when making transactions that involve large buys I try to go where I'm familiar with the people. Having known
Tom for about six months through work, I came to him looking for a 42"", Panasonic television and was more than pleased with how he helped me. Firstly he took the trouble to seek out several options i might be interested in, taking time to print them out and give me details on each one. Then while i was deciding he stayed in touch with me, making sure I wasn't confused over anything. Finally i made my choice and relayed the information to him. From there on he took care of everything, including bringing the unit to the downtown cleaners location that i see him at every morning, there by making it easier on me to pick it up. I've had the television now for seven months and haven't experienced and problems. Ad to that the security I have in knowing that Tom could fix any that i do encounter and there's know where else but Flash Electronics to get your next flat screen, or any electronics for that matter.
