THE STYLIST ARE ALL VERY NICE. IF YOU SWITCH TO SOMEONE ELSE THEY STILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SAY HELLO & THERE IS NEVER A PROBLEM. \r

THE ONLY THING THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH IS THE SCHEDULING. THE FRONT DESK SCREWS UP SOMETIMES. I THOUGHT IT WAS ME BUT I HEARD OTHER PEOPLE SAY THE SAME THING.\r

ONE OTHER BIT OF ADVISE FOR THE FRONT DESK WOULD BE TO CHANGE THE WAY THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. ""HOW MAY I DIRECT YOUR CALL"" DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. IT SHOULD BE ""HOW CAN I HELP YOU""? THEY ARE NOT A SWITCHBOARD.
Pros: EVERY STYLIST IS EXCELLENT!
