I have been using this auto service garage for over 9 years and 2 different Mercedes. Why? because they are competent, helpful and friendly. John & his crew has always given me an honest assessment of any repairs that need to be done. When I had a fender bender and had John's do the work, my insurance company was amazed that the cost was significantly lower compared to what they expected... and as always the work was done with good workmanship and they were on time with their time estimation. They dont offer loaner cars, but that has not been a problem for me.
Pros: honest, excellent workmanship, good price
Cons: no loaner service
