Incompetent and dishonest! After five (5) visits (about six weeks elapsed time) to our home to repair a Kenmore front-loader washer (2 years old) the owner and his helper failed to get it working. Instead of admitting they were unable to fix the problem, the owner and his helper report to OneGuard Home Warranties that we (the Customer) attempted to fix it ourselves so they are now unable to complete the job. We have cancelled our policy with OneGuard and forewarn anyone thinking of doing business with Conroe Appliance Repair that not only are they unable to perform the repair, but will prevaricate as to why... Fortunately for us, we have a relative who lives close who has been so kind as to allow us to use her Washateria!
