Review content:
I booked a round trip ticket to Tehran through their website. The web site is not the kind you normally see when you book with other travel agencies or airlines. It does not allow reviewing your reservation prior to submittal of payment. Even after you submit your payment, which I did via American Express, it did not send me a confirmation email! I had to call the Travel Agency to get a confirmation ...and guess what; it had a WRONG return date! I called them two weeks prior to my flight to Tehran to fix this but I was told repeatedly that do not worry, we will fix it for you once you leave the U.S. because if you fix it now, it will cost an extra $200. Once I was in Tehran, despite my repeated calls, also through my relatives here in U.S., they were not able to secure a return ticket for my intended return date. I had to leave Tehran in rush and under stress via a Russian plane to Moscow after paying about another $800 for a one way ticket back home!
