we've been using blue ribbon for our two goldens for at least 5 years, probably longer. our boys love tricia, their personal groomer, as well as everyone else there. that's primary in importance to us--we need to have them well cared for by the staff, and know that they're being treated kindly.\r

tricia takes a long time to do them, which means she's very attentive to giving each dog the best care. she not only gets them beautifully clean and fresh, using our hypo allergenic shampoo, but she spends tons of time brushing them and making sure they're completely dry before they leave. \r

they come home happy, beautiful, and fresh. we enjoy hearing the comments from other staff members about one of our dog's ongoing conversation w/ anyone who will listen to him--he's a notorious talker, and he keeps everyone entertained w/ his chatter throughout the appt. \r

we highly recommend blue ribbon--we've had nothing but good results, and never any problems or indications of any negative experiences (such as happened w/ one of our other dogs being burned w/ a dryer at another groomer's.) \r

ps -- i love the little seasonally colored bows tricia attaches to their collars. it's like her signature--very cute!!
