I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your company and quality service of your technicians. Recently, after the nor'easter on Sunday, April 15, my basement was flooded with 4 inches of water. I did call your company for emergency service and within the hour that day, I received a call from your technician, Bill. He asked what the problem was and I told him my sump pump did not work and water was coming in quickly. I have a finished basement, so items were floating. Bill was very calm and quickly got on the job as soon as he arrived. He replaced my sump pump and made sure that the water was out before he left for the many calls I am sure he received that day. It is very reassuring to know that Carney Plumbing responds quickly and has professional staff to work on problems. Thank you.
