Unfortunately this (replacing HVAC system) was a decision made under some duress – [our] existing unit broke down with limited time or options to select a suitable replacement – no heat in the middle of Feb doesn’t afford the opportunity to ‘shop around.’ That said, the Trane unit appears to be an excellent choice and [Carney’s] reputation certainly helped in the decision to proceed with buying a new Trane unit. I was relying solely on the advice of [Carney’s Comfort Advisor] – while doing quick but limited due diligence on the internet.
