this was the worst food i ever tasted. my husband steak looked and tasted as if it was microwaved...all rubbery and gristle. i had the oriental salad..i asked for dreesing on the side-it came not only on it, but drenched in it. Server gave me an attitude when i asked her to fix itr and made me feel as though i was the one who made the mistake! when she brought it back the lettuce was brown and wilting and you could tell it was the same microwaved chicken from the first salad intead of fresh new chicken because there was still pieces with dressing on it which means she or someone put their hands on my food and picked it out! when i asked to speak to a manager she was even worse! it took her forever to get to my table...my husband was already done with what he could anage to eat of his steak. when we showed her the steak and explained about the chicken she stated that thats how all the steaks were, she did offer us a new one but said it wouldn't be any different. as far as my salad went, she said ""these things happen and the poor server was having a bad day...and pretty much insinuated we should go easy on her and that a big tip might make her feel better! to say the LEAST i was APPALLED. The only time the manager seemed to care at all was when i requested the corporate number so i could speak to HER manager. They did not apologize once. I had my salad my salad taken back..at this point i was so furious i wasn't even hungry anymore. the manager offered to wrap it to go, i said no thank you./ i didn't take one bite, she knew it, and they still charged me for it! Never even offered mme a new one, a real new one..not one that had just been thrown together with scraps from the previous. The food wasn't the only problem. No one greeted us at the door, we had to sit ourselves AND request that our table be cleaned off! We never received extra napkins we asked for or refills on our drinks, The entire place seemed dirty and dingy, There was maybe one other patron in the restaurant but there was about 6 or 7 waiters ""working"" if that entails all sitting down at a table together eating, gossiping and watching tv. I will NEVER be back to this place and strongly advise anyone thinking of stopping here, Don't! Pass go and ...keep going!
