Review content:
This office (regardless of branch) has wait times of 2-5 hours typically. You do not have a specific doctor, as they rotate among several brances. About half of the doctors are ok, the others do not listen to patients at all. Face time with your doctor is approx. 10 minutes total. They do have good hours, you can get in (to the waiting room) until 8PM, and on weekends as well. The worst aspect of the care is prescription refills. Request your refills 2-3 weeks in advance, and start calling the office daily in order to get your meds. No one, I repeat, no one ever returns phone calls. If it weren't for the higher copay cost, it would be faster to just go to the emergency room. Good luck.
Pros: long hours of operation
Cons: poor service and care
