I called Apex Roofing 10 days in advance and set up a roof inspection with Natalie. The day before the scheduled inspection I called again and spoke with Natalie to confirm our appointment. I requested a 1030am appointment but she told me that the only thing she time slot she could guarantee was between 8am-12noon. I could however call back in the morning and see if I could get a closer time once the days work schedule was posted. I called the next morning and spoke with James who said you are on the schedule today between 8am-12noon with a request for 10:30am. I said ok please ask the roof inspector to call me before he arrives. James said he would pass the request along. Well I never received a call and I have been waiting in the parking lot at the new commercial building we are considering purchasing and I called Apex at 11:50am and spoke with James again who said the inspector is just running a little behind and he will be there shortly. 1pm called again and spoke with James who now said there is a mistake that I was not on the schedule for today. I ask how is that possible?? I have spoken with you 3 times today and this is the first time I hear this “story” at this point I was wondering if his was grossly incompetent or a bold liar. I ask who was the inspector scheduled and James said it was originally William (the owner) and now it is Ray. So I have waited in a parking lot for 5hrs and 4 minutes for APEX Roofing and no one is able to come out and inspect the roof. OH, by the way their roof inspection charge is not free they charge $250.00 for the inspection and I did not have a problem with the price but it would have been nice to receive just one call saying hey sorry we are not going to be able to make it instead I wasted 5 hours of my time and now I have to find another roof inspector before we can finish this commercial loan. Please do yourself a favor and select another roofer anyone has to be better. William, Jose, Ray, James and Natalie you need to work on customer service please. Thanks, MM.
