I have been using Paradise Chem Dry for 7 years and have also referred them to my family and friends; all of us have been extremely satisfied with the results and will continue to use them. As a matter of fact, they will be coming to our home this week to clean our carpets.\r

I have always been treated with respect and courtesy both on the phone and while the techs are in our home doing their job.\r

I have spoken with the owners, Frank and Bob and always found them to be professional and very accomodating. One of my family members just called another Chem Dry carpet cleaning service and they called me back to tell me that the people were nasty and would not accomondate her needs for scheduling time, but rather theirs. It came to be that my family member had called ANOTHER chem dry carpet cleaning company in South Jersey. When I gave her Paradise Chem Dry's number, she called me back to say that she was treated totally different and they came to her home and did a fabulous job.\r

I will continue to use Paradise Chem Dry regardless of what is said by another. I can only speak on my and my friends and families experiences and they have been FANTASTIC. Paradise Chem Dry stands by their product and is always willing to work with the customer; great customer service skills.\r
