This company is extremely unprofessional. A tech responded to my home in a personal car wearing jeans and a t shirt. I was looking for a company truck or at least a technician in uniform with identification. Instead I got a guy wearing street clothes to respond to my property I had not idea who or where he was from. That says alot about the company. They requested that I make out a check for $300.00 before they could respond, and that if I awarded them the job that they would apply it to the service provided. They never said what would happen to my money if I did not award them the job. They gave me a quote which was extremely hight $7,000.00 for small scope of work. I then decided that they were to costly and declined to use them. I called two months later inquiring about a refund only to be told no they do not give refunds. Mind you they had already cashed my check before the tech even responded. They are scam artist and do not use this company. Also when I called the manager for questions about the work he told me that he does not answer client questions or concerns ...
