Made an appointment for June 25th, 2011 to be taken to St.Mary's Hospital in Livonia. I emailed a reservation and called on Tues. the week of the appointment. The taxi was 25 minutes late and I called 3 times asking when the cab was coming. I gave 20 minutes extra time for the appointment and was 5 minutes late. I cannot recommend the service or use them again. I sent an email to the company and this was their response: \r

While there is no excuse for poor service, We have been experiencing intermittent technical issues with our on-line reservation system. Some reservations have not been imported to our dispatch system from the website , We are currently working with our IT personnel to correct this problem.
