Review content:
Smith VW is a very dishonest dealership. They sell cars with known issues and then refuse to do anything about it once the issues are noticed. I recently purchased a car from Smith VW, only to discover the rear passenger door wouldn't open a couple days after buying it. After calling the service center about the issue, I was told to come in and they'd fix it, free of charge. Upon arriving, they adamantly refused to fix the issue without charge, and Andy who claimed the issue would be fixed without charge over the phone proceeded to lie to the manager and state he'd never said any such thing, leaving me to deal with the issue myself and fix it as an out of pocket expense. In addition to the extremely poor service after my purchase, the car also has a few other parts that I had to order, and a lot of body issues that any reputable dealership would have dealt with. Smith VW is a scumbag dealer. Don't deal with them, and don't buy from them, or you WILL regret it.
