Review content:
Went to Gel Salon for the first time, and will never go back. Received a hair cut that was 2 to 3 inches shorter than the shoulder length hair cut that we discussed. Once it's cut you can't glue it back on. Once it was washed at home, I determined that it was completely uneven with big chunks missing. \r

The owner said to let her know if there was anything she could do. I asked for a refund, and then the plesantries stopped and she became completely belligerent.\r

If you want extremely poor quality service with an attitude this is the place to go. You can cut your own hair without a mirror and do a better job! Don't make this mistake, you will regret it for the next 6 to 8 months or at least until your hair grows out.
Pros: None, with so many places offering good service no need to go here.
