BEWARE!!! Thieves and Mgmt does nothing about it! They say they are insured when in fact the dispatchers themselves will tell you there is nothing they can do about the drivers and they have problems all the time with the drivers stealing customers belongings :( The Westin Diplomat was able to pull security tapes to show us getting into the Friendly Checker for a ride to the Airport. The tape showed the driver and showed my husband's $500.00 coat being placed in the front seat -- however, my husband was at the trunk and I was not yet at the cab. We didn't realize we didn't have it at the airport until the cab pulled off and we called immediately only to learn that the cabbie wouldn't own up to having the wool coat and the Friendly Checker Taxi service assumed no responsibility. You do have the right to deny a cab. Ask for the next one -- avoid FRIENDLY CHECKER TAXI at all cost! It will be in your best interest.
