Review content:
I engaged this company for a simple $850 grave marker 'footstone'.
Twice they misspelled the name (on the approval drawing) and I had to send several emails and make 2 phone calls to get the finalized drawing to be corrected. I had to deal with 4 different people at Sprung Monument to get them to understand the spelling.
I signed off their drawing immediately after it was finally correct and fax'ed to their office. They notified me that the marker was completed and installed about 1 month later.
I live about 2 hours from the cemetery so I couldn't personally check the marker (and Sprung couldn't be bothered to email a digital photo of the finished marker from their shop).
When I visited the grave the next month, guess what!
The name was not correct on the marker and (when I called) the sales person even implied that I 'approved' the wrong drawing.
Yet another person at Sprung agreed that I had approved the corrected drawing and it was their failure to produce the marker according to the correct drawing.
While the people at Sprung did say they 'wanted to make it right', their attitude and outright corporate incompetence says they are simply tripping over themselves and heaven only knows if they will ever get it right.
