Just to make things clear, I live in Virginia. Shepard's Floors did flooring for my in-laws in North Carolina. My husband and I have known Hilary for a while and she used to be part of my family. I have yet to see the floor but my in-laws are very pleased with it! I was pleased with the quickness the work was done with. Shepard's Flooring amazingly got started and took care of the situation as quick as humanly possible! They took very good care of my in-laws, who are in their 80's, and Hilary made sure that they were disturbed as little as possible. I'm sure for a fact that the quality is great. They gave us a real good price on it. Shepard's Floors went far beyond our expectations at pleasing our in-laws. They're going to do more work for us!
I couldn't have asked for a better service for taking care of elderly people, which was my biggest concern. Hilary made sure to take care of that for us. Even though she had been related to us at one point as an in-law, she was still amazing in that. When people are in their 80's and 90's, they're set in their way. Shepard's Floors came through!
