Super Cool preschool is an in-home day-care in La Vergne. My daughter attended this school for more than 6 months, and aside from an early pick-up time, things went well for awhile. Now, it seems the owners and teachers- a married couple- approach their bussiness as if it were a hobby. Nearly every week for the past month, they have announced-with little notice-that the school would be closed for an entire day (for things like doctor's appointments and a funeral of a friend) and other times they ask parents to pick up their child several hours early- with not so much as a single day's notice. Things happen in life, of cpourse, but this couple has never uttered so much as an apology for the increadible inconveniences they plave upon their parents. This past week, they told me that they were closing the school on Thurs and Frfiday of the following week. As usual,. they do not discount the week for their days off. Again and again, I must pay them full tuition for the week, and then pay my back up sitter (not really back up anymore-more like part time),. This is expensive and increadibly unbussinesslike. \r
Today was my child's last day. I imagine they will loose a ton of bussiness -but perhaps this is what they want. I cant imagine that they would expect to be able to treat their clients this way and keep their bussiness. In short, if you would like relaible cild care, supercool preschool is a superlousy choice.
