This is a great place to go! I needed to get an examination for immigration from a certified civil surgeon. I found this one and I called 30 minutes before they closed. I asked if they carried the form, because I couldn't pull up the file from the USCIS website. They did! That means they are prepared. I also asked if it was too late for my sister and I to go since I read we had to be there 30 minutes or more before the walking. She asked me where I lived and I told her I love 10 minutes away, but because of traffic I did take longer but when I walked in they told me it was fine and they stayed until 8 pm filling out everything and attending both me and my sister. The physical went great, they talked to us very friendly even though it was our first time there ever, and the results will be available by Friday. I am very content with this service. Very friendly, quick, and ready. My visit fee was $200 which included Tuberculosis (PDD) skin test, the physical, blood draw, and additional fees for vaccinations. I had to get a variscella shot, which costed me $130. They gave me a receipt. They also don't have those annoying voicemails. They pick up right away. I think that is great, I'm not too patient with talking to voicemails. Hopefully this review will help others in my same situation!
