EVERYTIME I GO TO POLLO TROPICAL, I ALWAYS GET BAD SERVICE, THEY HAVE ATTITUDES! ONE TIME I WENT TROUGH THE DRIVE TRUE AND PLACED AN ORDER AND WHEN I GOT HOME THE CHICKEN WAS BURNT, AND THEN ,THEY HAD PUT THE BURNT SIDE DOWN SO I WOULD NOT NOTTICE. LIKE IF I WOULD NOT NOTICE, WHEN I GOT HOME THAT I GAVE MY MOM THE FOOD SHE THREW IT AWAY SHE COULD NOT EVEN EAT IT..... THAT IS HOW BAD IT WAS I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD ACTUALLY SELL THAT, BUT OFF COURSE I AM ALREADY HOME I WAS NOT GOING TO GO BACK. SO PEOPLE WHEN YOU ORDER POLLO TROPICAL MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR CHICKEN AT THE WINDOW BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. I STARTED DOING THAT AND STILL I HAVE COUGHT IT RIGHT THEN AND THEIRE AND THEY WILL REPLACE IT BUT WITH AN ATTITUDE, ANOTHER EXPIRIENCE WITH POLLO IS THE CARRIBEAN CHICKEN SOUP YOU ORDER THE SOUP AND ALL THEY SERVE YOU IS CHICKEN HELLOOOOOO IF I WANTED CHICHEN SOUP I WILL MAKE IT AT HOME I WANT CARRIBEAN CHICKEN SOUP WICH CONTAINS VEGETABLES AS WELL. SO I WILL DRIVE BACK AND TELL THEM AND THEY WILL GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE WICH WHEN I LEAVE AGAIN IT'S JUST CHICKEN AND THEY CATCH AN ATTITUDE WITH YOU, COME ON IF I AM PAYING FOR MY FOOD I WANT WHAT I AM PAYING FOR. NOT WHAT IS ON THE TOP OF THE BARREL THE VEGTABLES ARE AT THE BOTTOM THEY ARE TO BUSSY GOFFING AROUND THAT THEY DON'T FOCUS ON WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
