Dined at Margaux's last Friday. Seafood is flawlessly prepared. Margaux's is a true gem and is partially responsible for the overpopulation of creative and quality restaurants surfacing up around the Raleigh, NC area. My date indulged into the fresh salmon while I savored every last piece of my yellowfin tuna, cooked medium rare and perfectly! Ambience set my date and I up for an evening that matched our initial vision of perfection. Electic and artsy, Margaux's unique decorations & atmosphere, along with their 5 star cuisine make this restaurant a must on your tour of the raleigh restaurant scene.
