Review content:
I have been involved in bodybuilding for 12 years. About 5 years ago I herniated a lower disc during a routine workout. For two years I was fighting with extreme lower back pain and leg numbness. My doctor put me on a physical rehab program and pills. He told me it was something I would have to learn to tolerate. I was unable to train for nearly a year. \r

After seeing an ad in the paper regarding back and leg pain, I decided to call. It led me to Dr. Cambouris' office. Immediately he and his staff made me feel very welcome. He reviewed my MRI's, and explained to me his treatment procedure. Within weeks of the decompression therapy, my pain was subsiding. When the program was complete, I felt almost no pain. I was able to return to the gym and, with some of the exercises Doc gave me, rebuild the tissues that became so weak over time. \r

It's now been three years that I've been completely pain free. I went from sometime going days without being able to get out of bed, to living a normal life. I am able to train at the same level I could before the injury without any pain. I also learned that Doc is very knowledgable in this sport, and has been able to guide me along to prevent another injury. He and his staff are great, and I would fully recommend them to anyone. You don't need to be injured to get the benifits from his program because it's also a great way to prevent injuries. What they have done for me is highly appriciated.
Pros: Very personable, great staff, family-like atmosphere
Cons: Not one
