I took my Maltese in for a bath, nails, and just be cleaned up. I did not ask for anyhair to be cut except for her paws. A maltese is shown for their long luxorious hair. When I got her back her eye brows and top knot hair way all completely cut off. Her hair is so short I can't even put a box in it now!!! It's not worth the frustration to complain to the owner. I am so tired of groomers that don't know what a Maltese is. You could always look it up and look at picture to at least know they are supposed to have a top knot. \r
