Review content:
We hired Mr. Landrum to come in and complete some work on our rental house in Clarksville. At first he did a great job. He showed up everyday and completed ""most"" of the work well and on-time. But then he ran into some personal crisis and now he hasn't finished the work (despite repeated assurances that ""tomorrow"" he would be by. It's now been close to a month and the toilet hasn't been put back, there is no bathroom floor and he hasn't put back the doors he took down.\r
Unfortunately we are now being forced to hire another contractor to finish and take him to court\r
We were charged over $3,000.00 to have this work done and he isn't even returning my phone calls tonight.
Pros: ""Was"" good work...until it stopped
