Very disappointing. Don't go on Saturday nights, we waited 3 hours before we were served our meal. We waited one hour and 15 minutes to be seated and then we waited another hour and 45 minutes at the table for our meal..We observed others seated around us going through the same thing. We would not have stayed but we had a gift certificate given to us to spend. Our french fries were undercooked, probably from them being in a hurry to get people served. Incredible that it can take one hour and 45 minutes to make a steak burger. After our food was served the waitress did tell us that they were going to make one of our meals free since we had to wait so long. Well when we checked out it didn't happen. The cashier said they were taking it off of the bill, perhaps they changed their mind when they saw the gift certificate. When he told us the total it did not seem right, so when I got home and added it up sure enough there was no free anything. I don't think we will be going back there any time soon, like maybe never.
Cons: Long wait, food under cooked.
